Today, the gossip team gather again when we were busy working. The topic is about the "name".
G is a nice Postdoc I am working with. She is from Korea and her English name sounds like Korean. But her father uses a very creative way to spell her name, G-one. Yes! The word we use to describe "G1" phase in cell cycle.
G: I don't like my name very much esp when I am in the airport. They never pronounce my name in the right way. One time I was called "Gone" coz there is no dash between "G" and "one" on the passport.
K and me: HaHaHa.......
G: I am not happy when people ask me "Is your sister named G-two?"......
Me: WaHaHaHaHa...
(I cannot stop laughing for minutes! I am so sorry but this is soooooooooo funny!)
